General

• I'm unable to make a costume based off of copyrighted characters. I am however open to making a costume inspired by a character that's copyrighted. The character must be clearly distinguishable as its own character.

Quotes

• Quotes are always open! My quotes are valid until price changes occour.

• Last price change 10/2025

• When asking for a quote, send over a good quality reference sheet or a few unshaded images of your character AND what you're looking for in as close of detail as possible!

• I am also open to fully designing a character for a fursuit based off of your idea! This service costs 80€

Payments and Refunds

• I charge for my work in 3 incriments

1. 350€ non-refundable down payment right after the commission and quote have been agreed upon​

2. 50% of the remaining balance when the project is midway done

3.  The remaining amount + shipping fees ( approx. 120€ within the EU, approx. 350€ to the US)​

• In cases of refunds I will calculate the material and labor cost that has been done for the project and refund for undone work!​

• I reserve the right to alter and sell off the project in cases where the commission is cancelled midway trough!

Shipping

• I ship from FINLAND trough POSTI

• For US based customers I will fly in and drop your suit off to USPS/Ups/Fedex!

• My prices do not include customs fees! These are for the customer to handle when the package arrives to the destination country.

• I pack costumes with mostly recycled packaging! I always wrap suit parts in plastic to avoid water damge!

• I am not liable for mishandled or lost costumes. I will try my hardest to help you in case of lost packages!

Completion times

• All deadlines are approximations! Most projects will be finished within the planned timeline but delays in materials is the biggest reason your project isn't finished on time.

• IF your project isn't finished within 3 months of its approximated completion you're entitled to 25% off of your final payment!

• Example: Your project was estimated to be completed in spring                 ( Jan/Feb/Aug ) and your project isn't finished and it's already June, you're entitled to get 25% off of your last payment!

• In my current pace partials take 3-5 months to complete and fullsuits take 4-6 months!

Updates and social media

• I update on projects weekly!

• I always ask for permission to post pictures of your project on social media! If you're fine with me posting anything related to your project please let me know so I won't spam you.

• I hold the right to show any of my finished work on my website
